Nikon FM, checkup $15 plus return shipping and
insurance (Click on "PAYPAL LOGO" and follow checkout procedure,
OR, if no PayPal account, send US Postal Money order (make out to

Camera Checkup includes:
1. Operational test
2. Shutter speeds measurement
3. Meter accuracy measurement
4. Battery voltage and drain measurement
5. Motor drive operation (some models)
6. Flash shoe, and PC contact test
7. Counter and self timer operation test
8. Inspection of seals and mirror cushions
9. Infinity focus inspection
--- Free Repair Estimate (If needed) will be sent to you for your
approvaL The $15 Checkup fee is REFUNDED if the camera needs a repair to the shutter mechanism or
meter, and the repair estimate is not approved. then the camera is
returned as received and unrepaired. ( The $15 fee is
refunded because the checkup procedure cannot be completed because
repairs to the shutter or meter will not be done and cannot be
measured.)
Nikon FM services and Repair price list
- 2 New Silver Oxide Batteries $3.00
- Light seals, mirror cushion replaced, includes Viewfinder(external surfaces), film chamber, and external surface cleaning $15
- Cleaning, lube winding
gears, and meter adjustment $55 Includes: ---removal of
top and bottom covers, clean and lube winding gears, adjustment of
and meter readings.
- Repairs or
other services needed will be quoted
- Any other parts needed will be quoted (at
exchange rates) with customer approval prior to the beginning of
any work, and will be added to the total
